Dr. Sarah Shahed is a professor of Applied Psychology at Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), Lahore. She is the head of department for Gender and Development Studies. She is also the director of Women Institute of Leadership and Learning at LCWU. Her academic research in areas of gender, education, urbanization and human psychology is published in well regarded academic journals. She holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the University of Punjab and master’s degree from the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. She has been a consultant to government institutes and International organizations.
